FXB Group: Meat

FXB Steaks are Free Range and come from the Buckley family farm in County Offaly, (Ireland) and are hung in our own butchers for a minimum of 28 days until they are fully matured. They are then seasoned with our own blend of herbs & spices and cooked on a char-grill to sear the outside & keep the inside tender.
The FXB Fillet, also known as tenderloin is one of our prime cuts. The FXB Fillet has little fat and is very tender. Also used for the cuts known as Chateaubriand.
The FXB Sirloin Steak comes from the same area as sirloin but is cut into steaks. A prime cut which is suitable for char grilling and frying.
